I’m a mom and a yoga teacher, and I know how overwhelming and exhausting motherhood can sometimes feel. There were days when I felt like I was giving everything to my family but forgetting how to care for myself. Through yoga and mindfulness, I found a way back to calm, energy, and presence — even in the busiest seasons of life.
